The Role

Here at one.fıve, we are on a mission to reduce single use plastic impact on our planet. 

Using Machine Learning, AI and advanced material science techniques, we partner with global brands to provide awesome, reliable, scalable and most importantly sustainable packaging solutions across Europe and beyond.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to provide support across our entire business. The individual will support Business Operations and Sales; coordinating exciting projects like trade fairs and conferences. You’ll be hands on building custom samples for potential clients, as well as helping build new relationships with suppliers and partners.

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated and highly organised individual to join our team. Someone just as excited about our mission as we are!

Open to part-time and full-time work, but due to the hands-on nature of this role the position will be based in our Holm facilities.
How you'll help build one•fıve
  • Support Sales & Marketing activities: coordinate campaigns and prepare sales materials (from custom samples to ad hoc photography), and help organise events (trade fairs and conferences)

  • Project Assistance: Provide support on various operational projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and contributing to the overall success of the company. 

  • Supplier Outreach: help manage relationships with our suppliers & partners, as well as create new ones; managing data and communication to internal stakeholders who are relying on these suppliers

Who you are
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. (Ideally you’ve previously worked as an EA, Sales or Ops Coordinator or something similar!)

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • You love finding creative solutions to unique challenges, and aren’t afraid to be scrappy in problem solving 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, as this is our business working language (German would be a HUGE plus but not necessary)

  • Proficiency in GSuite, as well as any time management/collaboration software (we use Airtable)

Hiring Process
1. Application Review and TA Screen. Your application will be reviewed and if successful, one of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out and book in a 30 minute introductory Google Hangouts call. 

2. Hiring Manager call: If successful, you'll move on to a more in depth professional call with one of our awesome hiring managers. Here we'll delve deeper into your commercial experience and aspirations, lasting around 1 hour over Google Meet. 

3. Team call: If successful, you'll then move on to discuss current company culture and ways of working with other senior members of the team. 

4. Final with the Founder(s). Providing you with a solid understanding of the future aims, values and aspirations of the company.
